A reliable and complied structure is critical for a quality building work therefore in BLPC we carry out all structural framings by our in house qualified carpenters.

Structural steel

Almost every construction project involves certain percentage of structural steel, either residential or commercial. Construction of structural steel, in most cases, requires consideration of connection with other structural items such as timber framing, concrete and bricks.

Therefore it would be ideal for steel, concrete and timber framing to be designed and constructed by one single team. With years of experience in structural steel design, fabrication and installation, plus backup support from our partner engineer, we are able to integrate structural design into the main structural framing making our structural services the one stop shop for clients.

Detail design

For every construction project, we provide shop drawing indicating crucial building details for clients’ / engineers’ / authorities’ review and approval.

Our in-house architects and designers produce shop-drawing for building components in compliance with relevant Australian Standards and regulations. The drawing will be approved by client, engineer and authority prior to production or construction.
